Welcome to Geelong Swimming Club - Learn to Swim, located at 18 Burdekin Road, Highton, Australia. As an established institution in the health and education sector, we are proud to be a point of interest for the local community. With a rich history spanning 140 years in the aquatic industry, Geelong SC Learn to Swim is owned and operated by the esteemed Geelong Swimming Club.

Our swim school is dedicated to providing exceptional learning opportunities and aquatic pathways for swimmers aged 4 and above. Following the renowned Royal Life Saving Australia's "Swim and Survive" curriculum, our teaching methods go above and beyond standard lesson plans. Drawing on the experience and expertise of the Geelong Swimming Club, our sessions are conducted by the region's finest teachers, many of whom are former competitive swimmers themselves. They share their love of swimming with our students, creating a nurturing and inspiring environment.

Located at Christian College Geelong Sports & Aquatic Centre, our facility offers an ideal setting tailored specifically for school-aged children learning to swim. Featuring two pools heated at a comfortable 31 degrees and an air temperature of 27 degrees, our venue ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.

We are thrilled to announce our expansion to the Northern Suburbs community at the Handbury Centre, Corio. This state-of-the-art facility allows us to offer the same high-quality learn to swim programs as our Geelong location. Our team of experienced instructors is dedicated to providing excellent learning opportunities and aquatic pathways for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

At Geelong SC Learn to Swim, we prioritize the fundamentals of swimming, including proficient stroke technique, water safety, survival skills, and basic rescue skills. As students progress through our competency levels, our program sets itself apart by offering further pathways into various aquatic activities.

No matter where your child is on their swimming journey, our program has a place for them. Our management and coaching staff welcome you to the finest learn to swim school in the region. Our program is based on the Royal Life Saving Australia's Swim and Survive program and developed from the National Swimming and Water Safety Framework.
