"BE AWARE...as it's not stated by staff or posted anywhere in store that you CANNOT return an item (paid full price, unworn with tags, bag & receipt the next day!) If it's faulty yes but if it's the wrong colour or any other "change of mind"...NO! Very surprised & unhappy as don't know any other shops that do this & have bought quite a few things...Not any more though! You just lost a customer & I'll be telling everybody I know. Poor customer care but you kept my $ and that's what matters to Dejuba...now known as De Robber."
"Went in late Friday just before closing ..in a mad rush to buy a few items. Sales assistant Luisa was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was a 10/10. Helped me with no problem or rush to get me out (even though it was now past closing time). Thank you to Luisa you are an excellent sales assistant and will definitely be back."
