"Perhaps I caught Vicky on a off-day, but my dog appeared quite disheveled after being groomed by her. There were noticeable long strands of hair that had been overlooked, a flat spot on the top of his head, and his face appeared unevenly shaped giving him a lop-sided look. We seriously considered having the grooming redone elsewhere. The only silver lining was that it cost us just $40. I won't be back."
