"Went for lunch with mates on Saturday, was served by this young lady with attitude. As we entered couldn’t see any wait staff. Then as we went to sit on the table a young waitress came and threw the menu on the table and just left without saying anything. We were shocked to see the service from what we had heard one of the best burgers in town. Burgers were not too bad. Buns were a bit more crispy and patty was a bit dry. Onion rings were pretty average nothing really fancy. Overall burgers were valued a bit more than what it was worth. Btw I have went to north hobart branch and can say it’s far better than eastlands. Definitely not coming back to Eastlands again."
"Normally Kids and myself leave no leftovers , from very dry buns to rubbery patties $76 wasted ! Should not need to go to Management to complain ! This is my 2nd and last time at this place. Pity the food does not compliment the awesome lady serving . Onion rings tasted like batter . Very disappointing !!!"
"Good burgers and amazing thick beer battered chips. We ordered their Summer Loving and Electric Blue, both tasted decent. The thick beer battered chips are must have while onion rings are on the average side. Also if you order via their QR code, combos are available. Staffs are very friendly. Overall a great experience."
