"DO NOT take your car insurance out with RACT. I have just been involved in a no fault accident and they are really doing the absolute minimum to assist. They advised me of the wrong repairers and I have had to wait 5 weeks to get into the incorrect repairers for nothing. Will be changing as soon as I can."
"Tried to get insurance quote online but the website is broken, the only option to put a return date of the trip which is required is they year 1973 or something so cannot get quote as website is broken. Was recommended to the ract :(. Edit, thanks for reply, I will try again, however I was using google chrome originally"
"Made a claim re an accident with my car last weekend In may. Appointment made with bodywork’s for the 19 June. The wait times are excessive. Bodywork’s advised there would need my car for 14 days which has been extended to 3 weeks. One panel needed replacing and the rest was repair. The inconvenience, multiple phone calls, re hire car, timeframes, car deposit. Etc. really poor customer service all Round. Disappointing when premiums have risen so much."
"I spoke to a guy called Tom , i think that was his name , he was very helpful and polite and couldn't have been better. Iam deaf so it must have been hard for him to communicate with me but that didn't seem to bother him. Thanks again for job done extremely well."
