"Online/App booking barely works... won't accept address, ask for payment methods, add card details only to pay in cab anyway... pulling into shared driveway and sitting there idling is poor form also... show a bit of common sense and decency towards the neighbours..."

"Booked a pick up and return. Offered an extra $20 tip over and above to make sure they'd show up. An important appointment. 10 minutes after the promised time of booking, I called to see where they were and was immediately put through to a pre-recorded message stating, that "No driver had been found"... Not an option to speak to a real person. I've tried to support "Cabbies" over Uber, but after this, they can get stuffed. I'll never use this company again. If they had a zero star, or negative option, I'd have selecected that... Don't reply with some inane offer to reach out to you either. Reading through the comments, this is a common feedback. Your company is garbage, and I will never support your business againnn."

"Driver demanded payment BEFORE driving to drop off location, I’m not sure why that’s a thing now for a short 5 minute drive, when I called 13cabs about it, the lady who I spoke to was rude and that it’s their livelihood and they have a right to do so. I’ve caught a taxi a few times in the last few months and paid at drop off, I don’t like that they’re assuming you’re not going to pay and the rudeness when you question it."

"Rude ignorant and very unwilling to help a passenger with their heavy grocery. Cent find location ever and can't even speak English. Infers that I am old and should have a good card and refused to carry my bags 10 steps or less away from the vehicle . Wouldn't even get the bags out of the boot. This is a fing disgrace and I have found this company to be the worst of a bad bunch across the board."
