Welcome to Kingston Primary School, a public primary school located in the fast-growing area of Tasmania, just 13 km south of the CBD of Hobart. As an establishment and point of interest, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Our Launching into Learning Program is available three times a week for children aged from birth to 4 years. This program, which is free of charge, offers our youngest members a valuable introduction to learning and a chance to familiarize themselves with Kingston Primary School. It also provides an opportunity for families to meet our staff and other families within our community.
As the Principal, my focus is on identifying what matters most for our students so that our resources can be effectively utilized to improve learning outcomes for all. We are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience and preparing our students for a successful future.
