"I took admission by paying $2500 asked him to provide me COE, all the time he was saying ill send you COE soon, but at last his office staff said we cant provide you any COE. When i asked for refund he only refunded me $500 and said $2000 was my consultation fees. Beware of this college. Yeah im going to OMBUDSMAN as well, and i have got your msgs and mails in which you have said that u have already sent me the COE, as per those policies when the date has passed for any withdrawal you told me u cant refund anything and cant issue me any COE, and please go through my offer letter again, its clearly mentioned there after paying fees i will receive COE Thanks"
