"Calling it premium seating is bogus when one of your booked seats is behind a pillar, but nothing noted when booking. Seating up the back in the stalls, first raised area is also NOT premium seating but that’s what you will get charged despite limited views due to being a largely flat area. Plenty of backs of peoples’ heads though. Not being able to choose your seats is just not on. I think Wrest Point is better. Disappointing."
