"BEWARE IF TRAVELLING FROM TASMANIA ON THE FERRY!! We were charged for a room but couldn’t get there by the 9pm check in given the late arrival of the ferry. Problem is we weren’t told about the check-in restriction until after we’d booked… and paid for the room. Even though we cancelled online straight away and called the hotel they refused to refund."
"Room was freshly Renovated and very comfortable. Plenty of space and bathroom facilities were also very clean with shower pressure like I wish I could have at my house. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Nothing special from the outside but inside was most comfortable and modern. Great value for money so will definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"Overall, a mediocre stay. For the money we paid, I believe that I could’ve gotten a hotel that would’ve satisfied my family more. Firstly, rooms were decent enough. Modern enough to entice someone into staying… However, bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were little amenities provided such as no TOOTHBRUSH and Toothpaste. There were some dead critters lying in the bathroom which indicates the room hasn’t been properly cleaned. Service is incredibly underwhelming. All the other reviews that stated that, it is very true… The only decent thing about this motel is it’s location. Other then that, you could easily find a hotel for around the same price range for a whole lot better of an experience."
