We are proud to share that Brendan Fevola, a well-known athlete, recently visited our Capital Radiology Camberwell Clinic in Melbourne to have a brain MRI. This visit highlights our commitment to providing comprehensive medical imaging services to athletes and individuals who have experienced concussion during their professional careers.

"I visited for my CT scan. Customer service was average. Ct Scan was done in time. The main thing was credit card surcharge. I was told I would be charged $4.5 extra if paying through credit card. I would understand if this was small takeaway or grocery shop where they charge surcharge for less than $10 for some stuffs. But, I paid more than $300 and the lady cant explain why they would charge $4.5 extra surcharge. Also, never seen a store where they ask bring to physical debit card as normally at even small stores, now we can pay via tap and pay. I am not sure why they cant accept it at all. For next time, I would ask my doctor to do booking on other branches. May be they update their card reader and banking system soon."
"So digraceful they take appointments for the day they are closed. They booked me for Saturday 8:45 for a MRI and I visited them on time, just to discover that they are closed. Called a different branch and found out they are closed for the day. They didn't even apologise saying that we must have called you day before. Pathetic customer service skills. Won't be recommending anyone"
