"First time using this chemist. I was approached by a young boy 13 years old who had just finished school and started his shift. 01/08/23 What a wonderful young man, his parents must be very proud. The way he held a conversation and presented himself was outstanding. His customer service skills are something to be recognised and I think most adults could use a tip or 2 from. Certainly a great asset and a valuable member to your team. He truly made my day, little legend. Pharmacist was also super friendly and welcoming for a first time customer, I noticed when we spoke about my medication he spoke quiet enough for me to hear him but others to not. Very handy if you don't like pharmacist yelling your prescription across a chemist. Them small things can go along way. Thankyou Farmborough Pharmacy and team."

"Extremely rude pharmacist. Popped in to have a script made. Had never been to pharmacist before (i am new to the area). Gave him my Medicare card and politely advised 'if he couldn't do it not to worry' as i sensed he was busy. He responded with a barrage of questions and treated me very poorly. I was that upset i demanded my script & Medicare card bk and went somewhere else. Will NOT be returning and would not recommend him to anyone else!!"

"Pharmacist was disrespectful to staff member. He dismissed her genuine question regarding the price of an item for another customer. Pharmacist implied he was too busy to be polite and assist inquiry. Item was also overpriced."

"I turned up before 10am and the pharmacy is closed. I came back at 2pm and the pharmacist told me to go and come back at 4pm hes busy. I had asked if a new type of medication was in and the poor girl had to say sorry can you come back at 4pm. I said sorry Im at work and cant can I just have my regular medication and I was informed hes too busy come back at 4. He wouldn't help me with over the counter medication that every pharmacist that I have ever been too takes 2 seconds to look at me and confirm I can have it. No id required no issues ever. This pharmacist told his staff in front of me to come back at 4pm hes too busy. I too am a essential worker and we are all busy. But to not give a customer 2 seconds and that is all it ever is I would say is a shame on the pharmacist and maybe if you ask you staff to help you instead of letting her stand around finding something to clean maybe he would be more productive. I will never attend that pharmacy every again even though it is down the road from work. I will definitely be going elsewhere. Shame your only ever as good as your last customer"
