"Worst cut ever. Didn’t listen to a word I said, cut way to short and very uneven. Clearly longer on one side! She was more worried about rushing through clients than taking time to actually pay attention to what she was doing and obviously has zero understanding of curly hair. I’d sooner cut it myself before going back. She has absolutely butchered my hair!"
"I went in over a year ago and had my hair done, I wasn't happy with the end result the toner looked like my hair had a green tinge to it. I left but returned an hour later. I spoke to the owner who was lovely and fitted me in to wash the toner out and it looked much better. The lady who did my hair wouldn't even acknowledge me, was very rude and didn't say a word to me the whole time I was getting it fixed. I haven't been back."
