"Gibson property is one of the best Real Estate agents in Geelong. Rebecca sometimes may get back to you one or two days late, but this is due to the fact that she is managing her business mainly herself. I initially went though a couple of negative feedback on Google and was worried, but then I had a big lesson learnt in my life that we should never judge people based on a limited number of reviews (10 or 20) on Google and have a general conclusion. Rebecca is very kind and supportive and helped us in the best possible way for our issues with our signed rental agreement. I have worked with at least 6 or 7 big agents in Geelong and Gibson is one of the best. Rebecca respects for both tenants and owners and tries to help them in the best way, and this is something that unfortunately you can't see on the current busy market with some of the big agents."

"I’ll only be able to sign the lease when I will receive the lease letter . How can I sign it if I have not received it? Yesterday on 19/04/23I sign it for number unit 14 with different rent and bond and today on 20/04/23you send me all together different arrangements with rent and bond amount almost go $300 extra anyways I was still going to sigh it because I’m desperate to get a place for me and my family but you send it with wrong number on it where I wasn’t able to open it You deliberately put the wrong number I would say because you must have got a higher offer from someone else .You are demanding me to transfer the money without any lease formalities done are you out of your mind.I asked you multiple times to send me the right document with my number on it so that I can at-least open it but you seems highly unprofessional Rebecca . I’m highly disappointed with you and your service provided to me . Zero star to you. Not interested in any of your properties anymore .Another bad review under your name."

"If I could have put 0 stars I absolutely would. We were tenants through Gibson Property Services for just over a year. The house was always clean and tidy and Rebecca Gibson said so during all inspections (so when she inevitably responds something false to this review we know thats untrue). I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service from anyone. Rebecca was rude from the very first day of our lease. Rebecca was late to all appointments and consistently barely contactable. We had issues for over a year that I tried desperately to contact Rebecca about, with minimal to no response, the issues remain outstanding to this day despite my numerous attempts to sort it out. Rebecca even made threats to (illegally) terminate our lease when I raised property maintenance issues with her. If you can avoid an association with this company you absolutely should."

"If I could give this realestate a minus 5 rating I would she is the worst of the worst, hard to believe this agent is still operating after being reported to RTBA many times by X clients."

"One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a real estate. After the 7 business days ( Legally stablished) to return my bond I started to contact Rebecca by email, text message and phone, and she did not answered. She started to play with me, telling me that she will return the bond in two days , at the end of the week and this did not happened. When I started to claim the bond by myself I realized that she never lodged the bond at RTB and I asked her, and she said that she did a mistake and it was lodged under other property ( Even if it was under other property should be under my name, but not) -- She said that she needed a week to fixed because she had other things to do .. Whattt ??(3 weeks waiting) . She was unprofessional and unrespectful . I had to start to call her twice a day , texted her 3 times a day to get my bond back. After a month she returned from a business account. ( This is not stablished by the law) - I have never had to asked other real estate to return my money in this way. It was always paid honestly in my account bank until I had this such bad experience ."
