"I was charged a fine for breaking an appt which put my basic wax and mini pedi at $186.00 which is pretty excessive. Nowhere in their current literature does it state that this could be done and so I very much doubt the legalities of such a charge. I do hope that this was just a one off mistake and will not be Repeated."
