Probably need to take that sentence off their website. Edit to respond to your inaccurate, accusatory response. I called you February 22nd. You don't have me as a customer because of course I went to essentially mobile. They quoted (and went ahead and charged) $299 for both screen and battery replacement on a Samsung S20+. You quoted over $400. If you think I'm lying, I'm happy to send that essentially mobile quote (and receipt) to any of your prospective customers so that you can match that price. Because you made it very, rudely clear that it's impossible to match that. And with the response you gave to my REAL and very easy to prove with call logs and written quotes review, You can keep your most likely fake discount offer."
"Sold me a faulty iPhone screen. Replying to owner - you replaced an iPhone mini display for my gf while we were traveling in Tasmania. A 90 day warranty is hardly insurance and really doesn’t help someone passing through the city. I don’t only leave negative reviews, that’s a sorry attempt to discredit my review."
"I received excellent service and brilliant follow up while replacing a failed electronic car key. If you are over 55 the reprogramming is not intuitive so if Biz asks do you want him to do it - say yes!:) The prices for car keys here are VERY competitive. They are definitely my phone and car key care place of choice."
