"I recently stayed at Quest Wollongong and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my expectations. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of room to move around and store my luggage. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included a stove, microwave, refrigerator and even a washing machine, making it a great option for longer stays. The location of Quest Wollongong is another major advantage. It is situated in a central location with a variety of food options nearby. I was able to easily walk to several great restaurants and cafes during my stay, which was very convenient."
"Dear Owner Karlee on reception is fabulous as well as efficient and a great communicator. Karlee made booking seamless and on arrival it was a pleasure to make her acquaintance. Our stay was wonderful, the room met our needs and the location is so central. On the Saturday night the reception was also attentive and supportive, I mentioned a toilet seat that was loose and she obliged, organising repair. House keeping are like little angels that do an outstanding clean and tidy. I choose Quest as my preferred accomadation and I am happy to recommend. Regards Leona"
"The location is great walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Wollongong cbd. Stayed four times, unfortunately last time was given a west facing room directly overlooking the main street. Each morning would get woken up by traffic/council truck at 5 and each arvo come to room heated like a sauna from the western sun. Was there for a whole month but despite numerous requests staff made no effort in changing the room. They kept saying we'll do the best we can but nothing was done. Parking space is often limited and hard to find after 8:30 pm. The kitchens are a bit outdated but the amenities are good for daily use."
"Rooms are clean and well presented and spacious. Perfectly comfortable for those that need to work from their hotel room. While not the most modern feeling furnishings, it was still modern and didn't feel cheap. Great front of house service and ample secure parking during my 3 day stay. Short walk to a few restaurants and cafes"
