"If there was negative star level that is what we would select. Do not shop here. Horrendous experience. Owner takes full payment for items, doesn’t let you take the items at the time, provides wrong sizing advising they can be altered (at our expense). We decided not to go with groomsman suits for personal reasons - paid in full and asked for a refund. Suits had not been ordered, they were not even fitted for size! Wedding isn’t until December. Owner will not give a refund. Store credit only. $2250 credit. Dishonest and unethical. Wish we had asked around before going to this store - as numerous people have told us of a similar experience."
"I have been searching for a very particular colour for my wedding and have been unable to find it anywhere till this point. I was presented with a wide variety of options with expert advice given. Yass was absolutely incredible and a joy to talk with even though it was a busy Saturday and he had to juggle a fee customer's at once. Go here for excellent quality and service!"
"Finding a decent suit, with great quality, for a reasonable price was proving to be harder than anticipated! That is till I went into Lordes design in Geelong. From the moment I walked in, Yass was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He found exactly what I was looking for almost immediately! There were loads of styles, colors and sizes to choose from, and the shop has a great vibe. My partner also found an amazing wool coat for winter. We are very happy with our experience here, and highly recommend visiting this store!!! I wont be going anywhere else for any future suits or coats."
