"Food was slightly underwhelming. Undercooked pasta coupled with high pricing. However, that's not to say the food wasn't above average. Just below its price point. The meatballs were amazing, sauce and pasta however draw my rating back. Edit: I understand Il Matto's need to cater to paying their staff. However, they have failed to address the issue regarding the quality of the food. Which, again, does not seem to justify the price point."
"The quality and flavour at Il Matto is unsullied. This restaurant was packed with people when I walked passed so I had to drop in the next day to see what all the fuss was about. And I was not disappointed. My favourite dish was the gnocchi. They were so fluffy and soft and paired with a delicious sauce. It was so tasty. The servings were a good size and you know this place puts a lot of love in their food. Yum yum!"
