"Usually nice enough but this time round the pizza ingredients were so dry, the chicken would crumble up and fall off there was nothing left of the chicken to taste like chicken and the other toppings that are meant to be green were all burnt black not very tasty at all"
"Absolutely appalling service tonight! Not the first time as a regular customer buying every week for the last 5 years, tonight topped it off. Waited for over 1 hour 1/2 for a pizza to be delivered once again cold. I refused to accept it tonight and went down and requested a fresh one to be made. No apologies, nothing but a bunch of young unsupervised kids laughing and playing loud music joking around rather than doing there job.(not all of them to be fair) Tonight has left me with a very unsatisfied and unless management take control and improve unfortunately, this may be our last Crust Pizza…"
