"This business is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I booked in vehicle over phone. 2 months until they could look at my vehicle discovery 2 2000. My requirements, new serpentine belt check all pulleys please. Check brake pads. Check all oils, engine oil, gear box, transfer case, both diffs. Top up if needed. They listed all the oils i needed. Yet never did a thing. They did charge me for checking thow. The bill was off the planet. This is what they did. New fan belt. Charged me 150% more than any belt i could purchase on line. Plus fitting. Told me the front pads were 3mm and the rear were 4mm. That they needed to be replaced urgently. WOW. I purchased it 2 months ago. Needed a blue slip for rego. How did it pass the blue slip inspection. Well it passed, at it had new pads put in to pass inspection. When i arrived home i took a front and rear wheel off. Oh yes it has vertually new pads. 14mm in front, 16mm behind. I then rang the dealer. He told me it required a few things including brake pads. I then checked all the plugs on the diff, transfer case, engine oil was down by 1 litre. (They never mentioned it) not one plug had been removed. All still had road grime on them. Not a single spanner mark. I canceled the brake pad installation. They even charged me for checking all fluids. They Replaced the header tank cap. That was already replaced by the dealer for blue slip. Double the retail price from Repco. I never asked to replace the cap. There were no radiator issues. No over heating. No fluid leaking Here is the worst part. As i had replaced the Discovery 1. I had full set of new inbox front and rear brake discs, drilled and slotted.500 dollars Pair of swivel hub service kits. 260 dollars. I gave them to this mob. As i no longer needed them. Couldn't be bothered to sell online I would have thought it would have reflected in the bill. Was i wrong. The bill shocked me to the core. It was outragous. They are thieves, tell lies, bill for work they never did. Tell you that work is required, that is not required. The fant belt tensioner pulley disintergrated 2 weeks after they replaced the belt. Causing serious damage. Over heating, loss of steering. I was doing 100kph at the time. My new mechanic said he looked at my log book. The belt was changed at 100,000 klm as well as the tensioner pulley. These mongrels put on a new fanbelt at 250,000klm and did not change the tensioner pulley. Totally unacceptable said my new mechanic. My mechanic said the damaged bearing was totally seized up. He said that certainly didn't happen in 2 weeks. He done all the required repairs. Showed me the old parts. Old diff oil etc. Itemised account. A bill for twice the work at one 5th the price this mob charged. GOLD FINGER. never use this business. It will cause you untold grief. I could have been seriously injured if i had a crashed."

"I am bitterly disappointed in my experience with this business. They charged me around $100 just to look at my vehicle and run a diagnostic. They advised me they could repair the vehicles issues, but the earliest they could get me in was around 2 months later. I booked in the date and drove my vehicle with its issues for the next 2 months. When I returned to have these issues fixed 2 months later, they tell me they will look at the vehicle and work out what parts they are going to need and place an order for this. What!! I've waited 2 months for them to do the same thing they did 2 months earlier. Then the lady tries to tell me its my fault for not advising her what needed to be done. Aren't they the mechanic?? Don't waste your time or money expecting much from this business."
