"Sammy did my sons first hair cut today and was absolutely amazing! My son screamed the shop down and Sammy stayed so calm and patient with him. He even collected my sons hair without me asking to give to me to keep. Would 1 MILLION percent recommend!"

"Do not take your toddlers here for their first cut, will completely ignore instructions & reference photos and shave your child’s head when specifically asked not to. Then refuse to answer any calls, have been trying for the last hour to contact them. Also extremely overpriced charging $30 for a 1 year old. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Horrible experience!! Took my son for his first hair cut, showed them a photo of another child which had 1/2cm of hair left on the sides and long on top. But no they shaved my child’s head!!! Now he has a bald patch on the back of his head plus it was $30!!! I’ve tried calling and no one is answering, horrible experience horrible service will never go back."

"Probably the worst barbers we have ever experienced. Greeted by two men and our experience was regretfully on its way. My partner is easy, short back and sides and my son enjoys the length he has just needed a trim… As soon as the found out my son wasn’t after a “crew cut” or in other words the only style they know how to cut he didn’t seem impressed and kept pushing to my son is he sure he didnt want a similar haircut to him… So that wasn’t a good start, I’d suggested maybe it would be best if I take my son to a hair dresser, where they would be comfortable with cutting longer hair but he insisted he wanted to give it a go, honestly now at this point I wish I had just said no and taken my son elsewhere. The barber had no idea where to begin but I maintained patience and hopefulness and then he just started hacking, it looked awful and then he had claimed to be finished, I don’t even know where to begin but it looked horrendous and lots of whispy bits poking everywhere! The worst part was I was charged before the cuts where even finished, and who seems to be the owner zipped through and smashed my partners hair it seemed he was in a rush to be elsewhere and just walked the eftpos up to me to pay while my sons hair was still being cut, was a bit shocking and then he literally ran off after taking payment! He did not style my partners hair to his liking and my partner ended up giving it a buzz cut when he got home. I have now spent an additional $30 to take my son the a proper “hairdresser” and have his hair amended and her whole salon thought this barber place seemed like a high way robbery joke. Way to over priced and cant even complete the expected job. Nothing worse then paying a ton and having to have the job fixed up afterwards…. We did not bother making a complaint just best we share our experience with others and never make the same mistake again…"
