"Was very disappointed and appalled, when I was abused verbally for asking for a complaint form! I was swarn at and the lady was agressive, threating and very unprofessional. The shop has poor standards in customer service and glad I didn't get to order as it was a public humiliation, more for them then myself. I will follow up with complaints of many areas as I don't feel they follow policies and procedures, professional conduct now comply with covid 19 seating regulations."
