"My Nissan Patrol broke down (timing belt) in Neath. Got it towed to Alex Ross Auto, best decision I have could of made. They replaced the timing belt and water pump. Car wasnt running right (no power and running very loud) so they kept it and fixed it up. Called me to say it was ready to pick up. I was expecting a large bill, when I got there I was handed the keys and told if I'm happy with the way it drives it's good to go. I asked how much it cost for the repairs. To my complete surprise he said no charge. He said I paid for the belt and pump and he wasn't happy giving it back to me until fixed properly. Can't speak more highly for the mechanics and receptionist at Alex Ross Auto went way above and beyond. They have my business from now on, and if your looking for a trustworthy, honest and great mechanic you can't go past Alex Ross Automotive."

Also the lady at the front was very kind and took her time listening to me. Offered to take me home to grab my second vehicle. All round perfect service."

"RUN AWAY! We were overcharged for absolutely nothing being fixed. They got rude attitude unprofessional staff and were racist towards us. Highly recommend to stay away from this place and save your money. It's an absolute rip off!! Ripping off poor families like us, shame on you! I rarely write negative feedback, but this is outrageous. Never again!!!"
