"We were supposed to check-in late and the staff made sure we were provided secure coded locks from where we could get our rooms keys easily. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Parking in front of your room is a big bonus as I could get my luggage easily to my room. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting newcastle."

"Cheap and cheerful. Ok for overnight stay, looks like they're doing some upgrades which is needed. Room was clean, parking infront of room. Pool was clean but not heated so definitely refreshing. Blockout blind would be a good addition as the outside lights were on all night. Overall good for price point"
"We are in room number 6 and it was the incidentals that made it underwhelming. Our toilet is not working and we told Ann. We have the leave the water running on turn it off at the wall. The light to toilet is on the wrong side of wall. The bed is very saggy. The batteries in tv and AC are dead, so unable to really watch anything and have to leave AC on 18 with windows open. The pool is good. The parking is very right. The parking lot is a safety nightmare riddles with potholes and not paved. I had an experience at the other motor inn, Lakeview which advertised a pool and it was complete shut (and still is) It's not worth more than $100 per night."
