"Two of their admin staff were very unhelpful. The first put me on a waiting list and said they’d call back in a couple of months, couple of months later I heard nothing so called back. Another admin lady spoke over the top of me as I tried to explain and said I’d been ‘ taken off the wait list’ like that was their normal process without any heads up or phone call. I said I really needed help and could she see if anyone was available and she sounded bothered by the request and said she would get back in a couple of days (that was a few weeks ago now and she never did). When I get the guts to seek help elsewhere I hope I am treated better"
