"Generally these guys are really good but must have got the owner on a bad day. I attempted to take a faulty helium balloon back that was less than 12 hours old. Owner made me feel small, popped the balloon with her scissors after I refused to take a deflated balloon back to my young son who was already disappointed. I've just left the industry of 15 years & wouldn't even dream of treating a customer the way I was spoken to. Use with caution; they obviously won't be prepared to offer any compensation if their product is less than satisfactory."
