"Disgusted by this doctors surgery- they are ONLY about money! $100 to move my medical records , my doctor left, I am on a health care card and waiting on an urgent cancer operation- I have been charged for a long appointment while doctor (Priya) was on the phone to someone else! This surgery is morally and ethically corrupt! Recommend go elsewhere! 1.I left Doctor Priya for Doctor Tin whom I informed of my change and the reason why I left Doctor Priya! I also spoke to reception about it. 2. I have spoken to other doctors surgeries who also believe $100 is extremely excessive to move records. 3. I asked for an itemized account for this fee and have received nothing! 4. As stated I am also on a health care card which wasn't even considered, according to HCCC this should be taken, into consideration and should not leave someone under financial stress! 5. I have not received your email but will return any correspondence on your reviews as people need to know!"

"Dr Priya has been my doctor for about 4 years. My health has greatly improved since I started seeing her as she actually believes her patients, refers you to specialists, orders tests until we get a result. I had a surgery that has immensely improved my quality of life and discovered an obscure autoimmune disorder that was hard to detect due to it fluctuating and therefore not appearing on tests. If you have chronic illnesses with no answer, I definitely recommend Dr Priya. Only real issue is she runs a bit behind but it makes sense given how much time she spends with her patients."

"One particular GP in this Practice worst ever experienced. Sends you on a wild goose chase for unrelated tests to current situation. Many appointments required for the one issue."

"I have attended this medical practice 3 times over the past 2 weeks and each time I have been significantly disappointed with the wait times. I understand that each appointment takes a different amount of time based on patients needs, etc. However, each time I have waited over an hour for my appointment. I was told that it would be a 20 minute late as my doctor was running behind… 1 hour later and I was still waiting. Another 2 patients were talking about both of them had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When reading other reviews I can see a lot of other people have had the same concerns. Surely more time needs to be allocated for appointments if this continually happens?"
