"Worst shoe shop I've ever had to deal with and worst customer service, after having faulty Clarke's shoes countless times the rude "manager" at the time pretty much said "this is the last time I will replace the shoes " even though they were still under warranty and even after being told previously there was a fault with the velcro on the clarkes shoes, she was sooo so rude I was actually dumbfounded on how she spoke to a customer And like today I took back some faulty shoes (a month old) to be told no sorry we can't refund or swap them because and saying to my face aswell i might add that it's my child fault for removing his shoes incorrectly , so my question is if that was the case both shoes would be faulty not just 1 , 2 how can they prove that this wad the case? Cause to me it looks like the glue has failed, there's no evidence of what they were saying that damaged the shoe and the other shoe is fine... pics below Will never shop here again or reccomend anyone going here, the shoe quality is rubbish and customer service is rubbish I'll be ringing head office on Monday and if I dont get a refund I'll be going to fair trading"

"All good, didn't realise on entry that I had to log in for shoe fitting, no probs, it was good to see the waiting list on the screen. Maybe best to make it more obvious for us older folk. I thought I would return the shoes for my grandson which my daughter bought on special re sizing. Online said there was no next size in stock, when fitting staff member said online stock was not always accurate, so don't take it as fact when looking up stock availability on line. We were in & out quickly, I quite liked to organised scan, wait, & screen list instead of hosting the staff."

"We had a booking for our 3 girls for school shoes and service was very prompt. Despite being really busy, the staff member that helped us was very organised and nice. She took the time to ensure the right fit and made sure the girls really liked the shoes that we purchased and that they were comfortable. We were able to use the government back to school vouchers which was a huge bonus - we saved $350."

"Great service, we came in with a tracing of the toddlers feet rather than the toddler herself. Staff helped us find the right size, then helped decipher the toddlers shoe instructions. Came home with a fantastic little pair of boots that fit well (with some space to grow) and met the toddlers exacting tastes perfectly!"
