"My dog had another great stay at Kip. I had to move house, and the Kip staff's daily video updates of my pup at play helped put me at ease. He arrived at his new home happy and chill. Thank you so much, amazing Kip staff!"
"Positives: Our Labrador had an amazing time and seemed happy in each video we received. Negatives: Kip were to bring our Labrador to our wedding and due to an error on timing he arrived 50 minutes late right before the ceremony, causing a lot of stress. As the ceremony was about to start he did not have the chance to burn off his excess energy and was also still wet from his morning bath. Note: The team at Kip were extremely apologetic for this occurring upon pick up and have provided a refund and credit for a future stay. Moving forwards, I would use Kip again for their dog resort services but unfortunately this error occurred on a day we will not be having again."
"Very glad we chose Kip Happy Stays (Hunter Valley) to board our pups while travelling overseas for 10-days recently. The pick-up/drop-off service was seamless, and the daily photo/video updates available through the portal put our minds completely at ease. "I'd been using KIP Alexandria, and this was our first Hunter Valley stay. Fantastic experience. Our cat and dog were loved, cuddled, walked, played with and cared for. Watching the videos they sent, I thought they might not want to come home! Pick up and drop off were on time - which is so important when travelling, and communication was fabulous. Will use again and again."
"Beautiful place very friendly and caring staff, my dogs had a great time going for walks and meeting and playing with other doggies this was my first time leaving them behind so I did a lot of research on dog boarding and KIP was the best by far, happy with the team that took care of them and happy to recommend it for any one that loves their pet as much as I do! Thank you KIP"
