Chemist Warehouse Hamilton

"I visit this chemist very regularly to refill my medication and I find the female pharmacist that is employed here to be so incredibly cold and rude. I can completely understand the stress of dealing with customers day in and day out, so I always approach with a smile on my face and a positive attitude but every time I leave this chemist after having to deal with the pharmacist I’m just left with a bad taste in my mouth. Understanding that people are entitled to have their off days, and I would not take the time to write a review if I’d only experienced this once, maybe even twice, but unfortunately this has not been a one off occurrence. This happens: Every. Single. Time. All other staff (including some wonderful women that work alongside said Pharmacist) I’ve come across are fantastic, they are so friendly, polite and incredibly helpful, unfortunately though, the good does not outweigh the bad in this situation and will be choosing another local chemist in the future."

"Diabolical service. One person on pharmacy at peak hours after work. After 40 minutes waiting, enquired how long it would be as needed to be somewhere else. Pharmacist said he'd let me know but didn't. Another ten minutes and got my meds. Politely asked the checkout staff if they could let management know 50 minutes is not ok and only one person in the pharmacy. They could not have cared less. Zero customer service or empathy. Will not be back. Appalling service. Ok so I went back. This time needed a leg compression support. Was served by an extremely helpful and pleasant guy with dreads and glasses. Excellent service."

"Was good and tidy Friendly service if you asked for it Probably much easier to go to a chemist that has proper customer services than try to find items on your own though Also been to a few of the store in different areas and they have 2 different types of music and talking blasting the cash register end of the shop making in unbearable to concentrate in them areas"

"I had the worst experience on the Hamilton Chemist store, Newcastle, on Wednesday at 08/06/22 at 2:40 pm. I got some results of blood exams and I asked for the pharmacist to give me a help about supplements/vitamins, however he was really inpatient and extremely rude because I got confused about his explanation, he just answered me saying he was so busy to help me. I never have been so bad treated like that. I spoke with the assistant manager which apologised me, but I felt really offended for nothing. I don’t know the pharmacist name, he has a blond medium hair. I just left the store after that. Alexa"
