"Ordered online for click and collect here having never shopped at Food Forum Belco before. Have to say we were really impressed. They were well organised, friendly and very supportive. We ordered a pre-prepared smoked chicken meal too, just to try out and it really was the most delicious chicken with scrummy baked potatoes, salad and dressings, mayo and toppings. It was fresh, tasty and really very special. We'll be back for sure."

"Completed a click and collect order in early September 2021 due to COVID lockdown. The online system was easy to use and they had a good variety of fruits and vegetables. I chose the Food Forum as I could pick the individual fruit and veggies I wanted rather than getting a standard mixed box. Prices were comparable to major supermarkets. Order was ready early (morning of the day I chose whereas timeslot advertised for click and collect was in the afternoon) and I got an email noting I could come and pick up. Pick up was in the back of the store through the 'staff only' doors which was a bit strange, but easy to find and access. The process to pick up was simple, the staff member put my order (which was boxed) in a trolley for me and then cleaned the handle of the trolley and passed it over. The produce (both fruit and vegetables) was excellent. So much fresher and better than the major supermarkets. All very large pieces (giant sweet potato, huge pineapple etc.). We used the food up within a week, but it would have stayed fresh for longer. Overall excellent quality, simple ordering and pick up process. Will use again."

"I was looking for a local butcher to buy my meat from and my requirements were: easy ordering system, easy payment system, cheap delivery, deliver on time, ability to only buy the cuts of meat I want and comparatively good prices (was happy to pay a bit extra here and there to support local) - just a few requirements! LOL What I got at the food forum is: more than a butcher - you can order other groceries too (convenience), massive selection of meat types and cuts (great range), the base rates for pricing are really competitive and the specials are outstanding prices (value), online ordering system is well maintained with pictures and clear descriptions (honest), the ordering and payment system was a breeze (easy). My order came on time and looks the same as the pictures! I'm very happy and will definitely be a returning customer"

"The freshness of fruit and veges at the food forum has no question to be asked. Some of those on promo or special are not as good as the normal price ones. Customer service here is a bit shocking. I have never really experienced much welcoming here and hence the 3 star rating. The people employed here does not seem to get the concept of customer service."
