Just been told to download an app and look at that or speak to the rep, who's the rep now?, they keep changing without letting you know who the new one is, after complaining they told me to go to Taubmans. "Tried to place a phone order, but rang 3 times and no one answered the phone, went to Taubmans in Fyshwick instead. This store has really gone down hill since the regular staff that had been there for 10-15 years are now gone, the service is now woeful, the manager needs management training and the staff need more customer service training. Worst Dulux shop in Canberra."
