"Great place, and was lovely for winter. We tried a few things off the menu. Satay chicken was yummy although a bit oily so the sauce wouldn’t stick but not an issue! Pho was good, loved the noodle special for the day - very tasty. The spring rolls were a bit more Chinese style but still very yummy, and the stewed beef stew was delicious with a crusty Vietnamese bread, however the meat itself was unfortunately very tough. Overall very tasty and quite reasonably priced especially for the location. Service was lovely as was the atmosphere."
"We ended up here for a late lunch after our drive down from Sydney. We ordered the special pho and pork chop with broken rice. The pork chop was heaps tasty, and had a sweetness to it. Their nuoc mam was so tasty we bought a container to take back home! The special pho was also tasty. It just lacked enough basil, lemons and bean sprouts for 2 pho. Service was good and fast considering the place was packed. The place had a nice Vietnamese vibe to it."
"Genuinely my favorite pho place in Australia. I've eaten pho in many other places, especially Springvale in Melbourne, but every single time I wished I could go back to Bistro Nguyen's. Their other dishes are great too, especially the rice dishes. But every time without fail I have come here for the brisket pho or the rare beef pho. Please never change the way you serve your pho."
"Incredible food, generous portions and speedy service. Whenever I miss my mum's cooking, I go to Bistro Nguyen's and it never disappoints. The combination crispy fried noodles is my favourite - a super generous serving of vegetables, meats atop a bed of crispy fried egg noodles. Just perfection and for a very good price!"
"Food was amazing and authentic. The price is also affordable with large servings. Service is great and the staff all works really fast. I've been here a few times and I've tried different menu but I have yet to find something that doesn't suit my palette!"
