I asked if they had a particular cushion on sale and the person working there rudely said "no, these one's aren't on sale!" and rudely walked away rolling their eyes while saying "I hate my job" and giggling with the other employees. NEVER COMING BACK! YOU RUDE F#@&!"
"If I could have given this latest experience zero or minus stars, I would… I only wanted to return an online order from another store and even with a receipt and an adairs profile going back 5 years, was told to go back to the other store to be able to return. Unacceptable customer service."
"Staff were very rude and not helpful. They made a mistake by adding a towel to my purchase. After I noticed the additional charge I asked for a refund. They automatically put the refund onto a giftcard that had to be spent in store. When raising the point that there was nothing additonal we wanted to buy and would just like the money back, they explained they werent able to refund gift cards. The staff were quite rude, and whilst mistakes are made the way they handled their mistake was in poor taste, and left us feeling quite shocked at their rudeness. Now our only option is to spend the gift card with them or subject someone else to their rudeness. Not impressed."
