"My VW Passat MY2014 had a faulty water pump and was losing coolant just few days before the Christmas. They accepted my car and fixed it in 2 days so we didn't lose our booked holiday accommodation. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who fixed my car. He spent 20 minutes explaining to me what the issue was and how it was fixed. Showed me where was leaking in the old faulty water pump. Also gave me some very good advice about general issues of my car type and how to prevent them. The service cost was reasonable too. Thanks"

"Had an oil leak and a brake light problem with my VW. Called up and got a quote to fix my car which they said was $90 for a quote! I figured it was a worthwhile investment to see if it was worth putting more money into my car. They told me that is was the head gasket which was the problem and it wouldn't be too expensive to fix. Turned out it wasn't the head gasket and they were unable to fix the oil leak but did $900 of unquoted work and didn't fix the problem with my brake lights. After arguing about the work they didn't and what I was quoted for they gave me a $200 off and my car still had the same problems that it came in with. They smoke inside the workshop in front of customers and the car always comes back smelling of cigarettes."
