"Pretty small Foodland. Open IGA hours, so later at night and public holidays. Which is great when you realise you've got no coffee of milk on a public holiday. Has a decent deli section and small fruit and veg. Clean and tidy. Cashiers are always friendly"
"Polite and friendly staff. One of the few supermarkets that do a swap on empty soda gas bottles. I've never seen so many photos of shop lifters in one store. Sure hope these low lives get caught!"
"I went to Foodlands in Aldgate because they were open on Xmas day. I don't regret it. The store itself is clean, tidy, and easy to navigate. The fresh food is super fresh and there is a solid range of grocery items. When I visited, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist me. There wasn't the slightest hint of annoyance at having to work on Xmas day. I will definitely be returning to this store."
"As we live in this area, we would shop here two to three times a week. We have found the specials of breads, rolls, meats etc, all at bargain prices. The range throughout the Supermarket is good, fruit is always fresh. Very nice having such a good IGA so close by. Will keep being a regular customer. The service is always good, if crowded they will open up another lane immediately, to ease any delay."
