I specified that I wanted something nice and bright and they suggested an arrangement using beautiful orchids. I was horrified to see what my daughter received. The arrangement had no Orchids. Without telling me the florist changed the order and sent a very ordinary bunch of overblown pink and red roses, which were past their use by date. This was not what I ordered and I will definitely not use this florist again!"
