"Following my bad experience in Sydney came to where I know I’ll get good service. Came to get sketchers on special and they managed to ship them to my house. The young man was very helpful and had a can do attitude, like that!!! As I didn’t try the shoe he even asked me if I knew it fit. For which I tried my sisters before coming but I like the fact he wanted to check for sizing, as sketchers are snug!! The only store I like in Canberra as close to me, always welcoming and helpful."

Brodie I found not only welcoming but new alot about shoes and gave good advice of how to look after your shoes. Planned to buy only 1 pair left the store with 2. "The lady was super nice but she was clearly understaffed- which I understand on a weekday, but after another staff came to help her- which should have eased the pressure I bought two pairs of shoes, only to find that I was given a two left shoes. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. I’ll have to return tomorrow and I’m sure I’ll get my right shoe, but this definitely could have been prevented with an extra 2 seconds of care from the workers side. I understand that you’re busy, but you can definitely be fast without sacrificing being meticulous."
