Confused and suspected a scam, a phone call & check of their web page found the same item was on special. When Dan contacted me it was mentioned, he did a check and altered the price to match the special and refunded over a $1000 back into our account very quickly. Very impressed. Communication from all staff at Gym quip and rapid action to send out the item was exceptional. I would highly recommend dealing with Gym Quip Fitness and Spas. We will be again."
