"I returned for a refund after having a full set of acrylics applied the day before. I spoke with the nail technician who did my nails and explained that I was unhappy with the service I received as my fingers were in pain from having the nails applied, I asked for them to be removed and for a refund, as they were not what I asked for. I was told that because 'I was not bleeding or cut' they would not provide a refund, I reiterated that my hands were in pain and I have no experienced this before after having my nails done for the last 10 years at least, but to no avail. After much back and forth with the owner of the business I was told the only thing that is offered is a free nail removal, which I accepted. I have attached photos of what I originally asked for and what I received, overall my experience was extremely poor and unprofessional. The workers were rude and I will not be returning here again."

"i went to Passionails to get eyelash extensions, got no cleaning tips or how to care for them, a few hours later, the lashes were falling into my eyes, and by day 6 i had barely any left on my eyes. i went back to get a refund and was told i needed to get them redone and if they were still coming out in a day or 2 i could get a full refund. that night my eyes were burning and red and by the next day, they were already coming out. my sister and i went back to complain and get a full refund, and were told they didn’t know why the eyes were irritated and that they weren’t going to refund because not enough lashes were coming out. we were verbally abused by multiple of the women working there, told we could get a $50 gift voucher but we told them we didn’t want the gift voucher as we didn’t want to come back. the manager threw open the cash register, grabbed half the amount i paid for the extensions, threw it in my face and told us to never come back and leave. i highly recommend not going to Passionails to get your eyelashes done or really anything done as the service is absolutely horrendous."
