"Ordered spare parts for Honda cr-v in February, paid in full with surcharge, went in today to enquire where they are 3 months later, Japan had informed them part not available even though it said it was on shelf in Japan. Capital Honda didn't bother to contact me an tell me or arrange a refund. Not impressed. Got them to source part from wreckers, will see if this part of the exercise goes better."
"The customer service is awful. Shame on their mischievous behavour. It happened that my card key got damaged after the service. The key could not spring out smothly by pressing the button. Apparently, someone dropped or twisted the key. Then I requested the staff to fix it at the spot, and the front desk staff kept saying that it was fine and kept denying the fact the staff damaged my key. After I insisted a few times, the technician came and said it was the best they could do by oiling it. Ever since the service, the key easily got stuck inside the key holder. So I had to use the back up key. On the following day, a customer representative called and I made the same complaint. And she said she would do the follow up. BUT I have been waiting for 6 months, and no one care about it. NEVER GO BACK!"
