"Buying here since 2009, 'til this year all was fine. Last 3 months 3 Glass/Pyrex pipes have fallen apart, literally.-Not dropped, or hit with a poker- they fully just disintegrated clean into two pieces! I wouldn't mind if it only happened once & someone answered my msgs!"
"Have ordered from here a few times now and most recently was a nice bong that's comes with a wooden box that originally cost $310. When I got it there was hairline fractures in it. I sent through an email to them and they got back to me quite fast, I told them the issue and showed photos and they told me what I needed to do which was easy. After sending through the broken/faulty form I had received a reply within 2 business days telling me they have sent out a new one and I had received the emails already confirming that. I'm happy how efficiently it was sorted out and the respectfulness of the staff. We also ordered another different one the same day and will be doing so again soon."
