"Don’t buy from here. Tools break down in weeks and there’s no warranty. No replacement, credit or refund. Repair could be 4 weeks or 4 months. They have no idea."
"BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a store. Bought a chainsaw 10 months ago, broke down after 6 weeks. "Repair" took 3 months to return; Still broken; another 3 month to repair; Still broken. Unable to provide a new machine, unable to refund (we are talking 250 AUD here). Still no chainsaw after 10 months. Staff never-ever rings back. Had to call them 30 times at least over those 10 months. No end in sight; manager has left the store now; have to start all over again... This store can't do what it does; sell tools."
