"Came to Bentley’s this afternoon for the first time, anxious (as I’m sure we all are) at trying a new salon. The staff were friendly when greeting me, and then Ari came and took me back. She was very lovely, listened to my concerns and what I wanted, explained as she went what technique she was doing and why, and giving little tips and advice throughout. Afterwards, she helped recommend some products, and I was on my way with a fresh cut which was exactly what I wanted (it’s been a long time since that’s happened). There was a very friendly relaxed feel in the salon between other stylists as well, which helped me feel even more at ease. Will definitely be going back for anything needing to be done in future!"

"I was so impressed with Bentleys! It was the first time I had been, my hair stylist was Hayley, I was a little nervous at first because I got the impression that Hayley was quite junior however she was incredibly professional and the colour was beautiful! (I had a half head of foils, toner and cut) One of the apprentices Drew gave me a wonderful wash and head massage, and as we were running late another stylist, Danny did my cut and did a fantastic job. My hair is very long and thick and the process took much longer tha we had planned, the salon shut at 7:30 but Hayley and June stayed back until 9pm! To finish my styling and curls because I had a wedding the next day! They were just fantastic from start to finish and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! Thanks team!"
"Loved the ‘click and collect’ hair colouring service during lockdown. The colouring kit had everything I needed including brush, bowl and fresh towels. It was so easy and the colour was a perfect match - my hair looks great! I can thoroughly recommend it if you are struggling with greys through lockdown.
