"Although I have provided my doctors letters exempting me from wearing masks, I have been declined treatment AND my refund due to the therapists preference. The requirements were met and I will be reporting the business for medical discrimination. I do not appreciate the days of poor communication just to take my money. Response: The medical documentation that was required was provided. I do not wish to risk your health, I am not pushing for the appointment but you must refund my money. Under the disability discrimination act, you are not allowed to keep my money without service due to the documentation provided. Please remedy this so I can remove this."
