"I think the staff here are absolutely lovely! It’s OTR so fuel prices are a bit higher than other servos, but I’d say that’s fair considering they’re open 24/7. Good coffee for the price also"
"They have recently lowered their permitted cash-out amount, so you're basically forced to use the ATM with the $3 fee. Always one of the first servos to increase the price, slowest to drop. Huge mark ups above terminal gate price. Staff mostly rude and preoccupied, between coffees and food or having a chat out the back, takes forever just to pay for your fuel."
"The staff at this establishment are the worst ive experienced in the customer service industry. On multiple occassions I've been standing at the counter, waiting to pay and the staff memeber is just having a casual chat with other staff memebr or just isnt around at all. When they do evetually show, they are never in a hurry and dawdle around. I wont be going back. The Belair BP has much better service."
"Only rating five stars because of their fantastic employee, AV. Was treated extremely rudely by one of their female staff who then ran out crying after I asked her why her attitude was so terrible (and over ten minutes of being quite polite myself.) AV took it upon himself to make our food and serve other customers at the same time. Amazing worker. As for the girl, whose name I didn't catch, she shouldn't be working here at all. Give the job to someone who doesn't bring their troubles to work with them. I hope she's had a very stern talking to, or has been fired. There's no excuse for treating the customer like they've intruded on your day by asking for a sub."
