"Had wonderful initial contact this company, but when our caravan arrived, we were told to "ask nicely" for it to be unloaded, we laughed nervously, it was then proceeded to be dragged along the asphalt, causing the back to be scratched, and when we said we would not feel comfortable paying the full quoted price because of the damage and the fact the van was dragging along the ground, the man immediately became intimidating, agressive, combative was not open to any discussion and said it was a normal part of the service (I'm not sure I've ever seen a car, bike or caravan be dragged along the asphalt as part of a tow) and that he would load it back up and take it to a police station if we didn't pay the full price! To avoid further drama we agreed to pay, and then he charged $10 more than the quoted price because we "didn't have cash". Was extremely surprised at this behaviour and treatment, especially with such a reputable company. After going with such a reputable company and being let down so badly, have been intimidated and feel jipped, this is not a company that I would feel happy to refer my friends and family to. *Have edited to show photos of the caravan dragging along the ground, to show I am not a "liar or politician", and show that the caravan was on the ground."

"My motorbike battery died today.. on a public holiday! couldn’t jumpstart as per the mv design. Called towing for less who quoted me 175 and tom’s towing quoted 350. Went with towing for less, Ramzy’s the driver came to my aid. Excellent service I have to say. great attention to details on anchor points on the bike. Delivered safe and sound back to my place. I am very happy with Ramzy and will definitely use again!"
