"While I don't usually find myself writing reviews, I feel compelled to share my recent encounter at the Hungry Jacks in Burleigh. Regrettably, the experience tonight went far beyond mere disappointment; it's a matter that should genuinely concern the company. The condition of the table tops was nothing short of repulsive. The staff's behavior was equally disconcerting as they carelessly hurled drink straws across the counter and shoved in an over the top amount of napkins into the food bags. The speed of service was far from what one would expect for a takeaway, and to add to the dismay, during our meal, several other customers returned with receipts to highlight errors and mistakes in their orders. All in all, this visit left much to be desired and leaves one wondering about the quality and professionalism upheld by the establishment. I haven't been to Hungry Jacks for over 8 years and tonight I was reminded why I chose not to eat there."
