It's disheartening when the frontline staff members fail to deliver the level of customer service expected in a hospitality establishment. While the ambiance and food at Balfours Cafe may have potential, the negative demeanor of the server significantly affected my overall impression. It is essential for the management to address these issues promptly to ensure that every customer receives a warm and pleasant dining experience."
"Good range of Balfour's products including cakes, pies pasties sausage rolls and bread. Ample seating with a range of coffee, tea and soft drinks,all at competitive prices! Ample seating available and served by efficient friendly staff, open 7days! Lots of tasty treats,snacks and beverages !"
"I had coffee here which was lovely. My long black was served out of a nice white china cup as opposed to standard thick cups I usually get in cafes. It was such a pleasure to drink out of. Staff were friendly also."
